From the app: Settings, then Support. It helps to include your iPhone model and the version number shown in Settings.
A 28-day wall pilates plan for women 40 to 55. You answer questions for about 5 minutes, and the app builds 28 daily sessions of 5 to 20 minutes around your answers. It leaves out moves that strain the areas you ask us to go easy on (you can keep one back in), and a daily check-in makes a day shorter and easier when you are tired or sore. You can do day 1 before you subscribe.
No. WallWell is a fitness program, not medical advice, and it does not replace a doctor. Check with your doctor before you start if you are pregnant, recently postpartum, recovering from surgery or an injury, or managing a health condition. Stop if anything hurts. The Terms of Use have the full safety notes.
A clear stretch of wall and enough floor to lie down. Each session shows one move at a time, with big type, a ring timer you can read from the floor and, if you want it, spoken cues with captions. A day is a short set of moves, usually done in two rounds, with a short rest between moves.
Day 1 is a sample session you can do without paying: choose Start day 1 on the subscription screen that comes right after your plan. Days 2 to 28 open with WallWell Premium.
The app shows the price for your country before you subscribe.
US prices; they may differ in your country. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
On your iPhone: open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose WallWell, and tap Cancel Subscription. In the app, Settings shows WallWell Premium with a Manage button that opens the same screen. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Apple handles payments and refunds, so we cannot refund you ourselves. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com: sign in, find the purchase, and choose Request a refund.
Tap Restore at the bottom of the subscription screen, or open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with. If it still does not unlock, email us with the date of your purchase.
Yes. A slow day is a lighter one, marked with a leaf. On home, tap a slow day in the week strip, or open the day and tap Move this slow day. It can go to another day of the same week, as long as that day is not day 28, not a slow day already and not one you finished. In Settings, Slow days lists this week's slow days with the same choices.
Yes. During set-up, the screen "What we'll leave out." lists the moves your answers took out, and Keep puts one back in your plan. Only keep a move if it feels fine for you, and stop if anything hurts. Two exceptions: a move swapped because of your bone density answer cannot be kept, and a pinch you report in a weekly check-in keeps its moves out. To look at it again, open Settings, tap Change my answers, and continue to that screen. What you kept stays on your phone.
Open Settings and tap Delete all my data. It erases everything the app saved on your phone: your answers, your name, your plan and the moves you kept, your progress and your check-ins. There is no account, so there is nothing else to close. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. If a reminder is still scheduled afterwards, turn it off in iPhone Settings, then Notifications, then WallWell.
No. There is no sign-in, and the app never asks for your email or phone number. Your answers and progress are saved on your phone, not in an account. That also means they do not follow you to a new phone, and reinstalling the app starts your plan again. Premium comes back with Restore purchases.
Reminders are set on your phone, once a day at the exact time you chose, and only if you allow notifications. While you set up your plan, the app asks once whether you want one (Yes, remind me, or Not now). You can turn it on or off any time in the app: Settings, then Daily reminder. Nothing is sent from a server. You can also turn it off in iPhone Settings, then Notifications, then WallWell.
