WallWell

Terms of Use

Effective October 20, 2026.

Use of the WallWell app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, together with the additional terms below. The app is published by Aaron Joshua Farahnik (“we”, “us”). If anything below conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls. By using the app you agree to both. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. WallWell is a fitness program, not medical care

WallWell is a 28-day wall pilates program. It gives you exercise routines built from the answers you give. It is not medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. It does not replace a doctor or a physical therapist, and it does not know your full health history.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and use the app for yourself. The app is made for iPhone and uses your Apple ID for purchases.

3. Your answers and your progress

What you enter is yours. Your name, age band, cycle stage, the areas you asked us to be gentle with, the moves you kept in your plan, whether a doctor has mentioned low bone density, what has stopped you before, how you feel most days (including achy joints and sleeping badly), your daily and weekly check-ins and the exact time of your reminder stay on your phone. See our Privacy Policy for what does leave your phone. The app has no account and no backup. If you delete the app, get a new phone or use Delete all my data in Settings, your answers and progress are gone, and we cannot recover them. Your Premium subscription can be restored with the same Apple ID (see section 5).

4. Using the app fairly

Do not:

We may limit, suspend or block use that breaks these rules.

5. Subscriptions and the free trial

WallWell has a free part and a paid subscription, WallWell Premium. Day 1 of your plan is a sample session you can do without paying: choose Start day 1 on the subscription screen that comes right after your plan. Days 2 to 28 open with Premium. What is free and what is paid can change.

Plans. WallWell Annual is billed once a year and starts with a 7 day free trial for new subscribers. WallWell Weekly is billed once a week and starts with a 3 day free trial for new subscribers. The app shows the price for your country, including any tax Apple adds, before you subscribe, and the price you see in the app when you buy is the price you pay.

How it works.

How to cancel. In the app, open Settings and tap Manage subscription, which opens Apple’s own screen for your subscription. Settings also shows your plan and the date your free days end, your next charge or your subscription ends. You can also open iPhone Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose WallWell, and tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Reminder. If notifications are on, the app sets a reminder on your phone before the trial ends: two days before a 7 day trial, one day before a 3 day trial. This is a courtesy. It does not always arrive (for example if notifications are off or your phone is off), so keep track of the trial end date yourself.

Refunds. Apple handles payment and refunds. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore. If you reinstall the app or get a new phone, tap Restore on the subscription screen, or Restore purchases in Settings in the app.

Price changes. We can change prices. Apple tells you, and for some increases asks for your OK. If you do not agree, cancel before the next renewal.

6. Services from others

The app uses Apple, RevenueCat, PostHog and Expo. Their terms apply to their services. We are not responsible for them.

7. What we own

The app, the plans, the move pictures, the coach and the words and designs in it belong to us or our licensors. Your licence to use the app is the one in the Standard EULA. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

8. No promises

The Standard EULA’s sections on warranties and on limits of liability apply to the app. In particular, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, and to the extent the law allows we are not responsible for decisions you make about your health or exercise based on it, or for an injury while you exercise. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under privacy law or any right that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.

9. Ending

You can stop using the app at any time. Cancel a subscription as described above. We may suspend or end your use if you break these terms.

10. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. When we change the terms, we will change the date at the top. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms. For a change to subscription price, see section 5.
